fake it and certainly not with these people. When I saw that and I saw their loyalty to him and to each other, I said I want to be around these people. I think I can add value and I think I can learn. I think on the business side there’s unlimited potential working with people that you trust. So, to be honest with you Michael, I’m at the right spot at the right time right now.

Eric : Well, just because you know about the organization. Joining the organization and creating with the team something that has never been created before. With someone like the Viceroy at the head and the heritage, that got me going. That lit a bulb under me and I hadn’t thought about it. Obviously I see things that I think we can improve but, what I love to see is the respect and love and adoration given to the Viceroy and you can’t buy that. You can't
Eric : I want to be remembered by someone who had that smile on his face. That sparkle in his eye that the guy who hired me so many years ago only saw. The kindness that I show to everybody because I do not see the differences. I know we’re part of the same family. In my meditations I’ve validated that and that’s it. We’re all part of the same family and that’s what I want to be remembered for.
