The key to a bigger vision is seeing others do it and learning to think "who" instead of "how" when faced with challenges. These people will challenge you to think bigger and become your next level of partners, collaborators, clients, and connectors. So, dive into those bigger ponds, even if you don’t feel you belong there yet. You will. TLDR: You are your best investment —if you aren’t thriving, your business won’t be for long either. I'll leave you with a final thought: Strategy and Leadership work hand in hand to sustainably scale great companies. One without the other falls short of its full potential. The rooms you put yourself in and the people you surround yourself with are as important as the people you hire. Your peers, network, coaches, and mentors shape how you see the world, what you believe is possible, and the standards you hold yourself to. They also open doors that help you achieve your goals faster. Constantly level up and curate your influences by surrounding yourself with those who are pursuing and have already achieved what you desire. This doesn’t mean leaving behind friends and family who aren’t leaders, but if you don’t grow your network, you’ll be fighting against the tide. We are evolutionarily wired to gravitate toward the norms of our community.
